Llantwit Fardre Cricket Club held a very successful annual dinner to celebrate a year of achievement. A gathering of almost 100 people, players, supporters and guests was present to hear a resume of the year from chairman Mike Maguire, see the awards presented and be entertained by after dinner speaker Phil Steele. The club has prospered during the year, both on and off the field. The senior teams have performed well in the Welsh Club Cricket Conference finishing well in their respective divisions and the youth teams have done well. Sides at U11, U13 and U15 have been regularly fielded and for the first time a side at U9 performed. Also a ladies team has had occasional games. The future looks assured with all these players coming through. The awards for this year were presented as follows:
